Traffic Manager policies are not applied while the DNS host entry for the service is resolved from the cache. Wait until the TTL counter above expires before accessing the service again to evaluate the result of a policy. Even after the TTL has expired, the browser caches DNS host entries for longer periods. To ensure that a cached entry is not used, close all browser windows currently open including this one. Alternatively, click here to download a registry script that shortens the lifetime of entries in the browser's DNS cache (Internet Explorer only).
